Building Dreams Together
RTH Opportunites Foundation was born from a promise made between two brothers who grew up in South St. Petersburg with a dream to defy the odds. From backyard games to the NFL, Shaquill and Shaquem Griffin never forgot the importance of family, faith, and community. After making history as teammates with the Seattle Seahawks in 2018, their mission expanded beyond the field.
RTH Opportunities Foundation is the fulfillment of that mission—a foundation rooted in love, resilience, and purpose. What began with a track club at age 13 has grown into a movement to uplift at-risk youth and underserved families through mentorship, education, community care, and opportunities that break generational cycles.
This is more than a foundation—it’s a family, and it’s a commitment to rebuilding the community, together.
Meet the Team
RTH Opportunities Foundation was founded by twin brothers Shaquem and Shaquill Griffin, along with their mother, Latania Griffin—a powerful trio united by their passion for service, empowerment, and community transformation. Together, they bring a legacy of resilience, athletic excellence, and heartfelt advocacy to every initiative. Supporting their efforts is Kalen Graham, the Foundation’s Development Specialist, who helps lead strategy, growth, and community partnerships. This dedicated team is committed to building a movement that restores hope, creates opportunity, and uplifts families—one neighborhood at a time.

Our Impact
At RTH Opportunities Foundation, we believe real change starts with showing up for the community—and that’s exactly what we’ve done. From feeding families after hurricanes to sponsoring youth athletes on the road to the Junior Olympics, our work is rooted in love, action, and purpose. We've organized toy drives across multiple cities, launched a free NFL flag football league for over 200 local youth, and provided essential support through school supplies, clothing, and financial relief. Every effort reflects our mission to uplift, empower, and create meaningful opportunities for those who need it most.

Shaquill and Shaquem Griffin NFL Flag Football League provides young players with a unique opportunity to develop their skills, build confidence, and learn valuable life lessons through the game of football. Founded by the Griffin twins, who overcame challenges to achieve success in their respective career,this league inspires youth to work hard, stay active, and embrace teamwork.
